Sale terms and conditions

• All group race events require pre booking, and are subject to availability. No need to book for arrive and drive.
• A deposit of 50% of the event cost, or full payment is required at time of booking.  The full balance is payable on or before the day, even if some people do not turn up.
• Deposit payments are non refundable, and cannot be changed to a new date or time, except where the event has to be cancelled due to extreme weather.
• Deposits can be paid by cash or card, in person or over the telephone. A charge of 3% will be added to any payments made by AMEX due to the increased charges paid in accepting this card.
• If paying by card, the card must be registered to a participant who will be present on the day of the event. The card should be brought by the cardholder as details will be checked before event commences.

E Vouchers

• Gift vouchers and arrive and drive sessions can be purchased online, and these will be emailed to you.
• All vouchers are non refundable, and the voucher has to be used to its full value,  or redeemed against events of a higher value.No vouchers can be refunded. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Rules of the Circuit

• Age limits…minimum of 8 years to drive the kadet karts, 14 years for the family karts and 18 years for the faster karts.
• The design of the karts may be a limiting factor for certain drivers. Generally, adult drivers should be taller than 5’ but not exceed 6’ 5  and/or 18 stone in weight. Drivers outside of these restrictions may not be permitted to drive.
• Junior drivers must be at least 4’2 tall.
• Karting is not suitable for people with heart or breathing problems, back or neck problems, and pregnant women.
• Anyone considered under the influence of drink or drugs, will not be permitted to drive.
• No responsibility accepted for loss or damage to items brought onto the premises, or track.
